Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order.
The shipping fees for one bag are from $30 USD depending the weight
Countries of delivery
We deliver worldwide.
Your order is shipped from our workshop in Armenia and delivered directly to your home.
Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery to parcel pick-up locations.
Please note that we do not accept deliveries to PO Boxes and APO/FPO Boxes.
Delivery times
International delivery takes a maximum of 5 to 15 business days depending on the destination (excluding bespoke models in which case the shipment date is indicated via email).
Customs fees
Customs charges may be applied by local Customs in the country of delivery. Please note that the customs fees vary depending on the country of delivery.
Exchange/Returns
Refund policy
Due to limited restock and to ensure all customers have equal opportunity to purchase, all bag purchases are considered final sale items. As such, we are unable to accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges.
However, in the rare event that your bag arrives with a fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the unused merchandise and a close up of the label tag attached to arrange for a refund.
Our dedicated team is here to ensure your complete satisfaction and will assist you promptly with any concerns.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at service@aupen.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. At the same time, customer will need to take the photo as the proof.
